Our Guildford logs are produced from timber that is harvested on local and managed woodlands in Surrey.

The hardwood timber consists of ash, beech, birch, is transported to our farm cut and split through a processor to achieve the standard log size. Logs are then loosely stored in our barn, which allows adequate ventilation to flow through. The wood will have been seasoned for 12-15 months, before being delivered to our customers so they are ready to be burned as soon as the logs come to your door. We can supply logs sized from 20cm – 69cm do get in touch.

During the summer months, you are unlikely to require logs, which suits our farming commitments during this time as we will be harvesting, therefore will not be carrying out deliveries from 1st July – mid-September.

We contact all our customers in early June to advise we will be stopping deliveries on 30th June so if you would a delivery for the chimera or fire pit or an early winter delivery prior to price increase we can supply you.

How we deliver Firewood around Surrey

We deliver Monday – Saturday 8am to 5pm

The hardwood logs are delivered by a trailer towed by a pickup truck. The firewood is then tipped to the best suited place for you but also where our trailer can get to. If you choose to order coal and/or kindling, the delivery driver can carry this to your storage area.

We recommend that you have a tarpaulin ready for the driver to cover the logs if the weather is forecasted to rain. If you have a gravel drive, a good idea would be to use another tarpaulin sheet for the logs to be tipped on to, this will catch any bark that may drop off the logs.

Once you have ordered, one of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time to receive your delivery.
